French rabbit is produced by the Boisset family, which owns vineyards throughout Burgundy. The family works in close concert with many grape growers to achieve sustainable farming practices. These farmers maintain very limited grape yields, and pick the grapes at their ripest so that each one is bursting with flavor.
The fruit is crushed and vinified in state-of-the-art cellars, with some oak aging for additional complexity. The warm South of France provides wines of deep color and generous flavors with soft, velvety tannins. An ideal balance of acidity, tannin and fruit makes French rabbit wines perfect for everyday enjoyment.
