French rabbit's revolutionary packaging reduces packaging waste by 90% compared to glass bottles, and reduces emissions and greenhouse gases during shipping.  Imagine - 25 trucks of empty glass wine bottles is the same as 1 truck of empty French rabbit cartons; once filled, 3 trucks of glass wine bottles is the same as 1 truck of French rabbit!  Additionally, the French rabbit carton is just 4% of the total weight of the wine, compared to 35-50% for glass bottles.

This all adds up to big savings for the environment.  Since launching in July 2005, French rabbit has saved over 4,400,000 pounds of greenhouse gas emissions - equivalent to taking 146,600 cars off the road for one day or 400 off the road for one year!*

Furthermore, French rabbit plants trees!  We've planted 35,000 trees through our partnership with American Forests so far.

So, help celebrate Earth Day 2007 with a glass of premium French wine from French rabbit!

French rabbit partners with American Forests

Healthy forests filter water, remove air pollution, and provide homes for wildlife.  Join French rabbit and American Forests as we work to protect, restore, and enhance our country's trees and forests.  For every four French rabbits sold, one tree will be planted by American Forests.

Create your own e-certificate acknowledging your contribution to American Forests through the purchase of French rabbit wines.

To learn more, buy trees or register to receive an e-certificate, please visit the American Forests website at www.americanforests.org/planttrees.

Ten reasons to plant a tree.

*Based on estimates provided by www.drivinggreen.com that a typical passenger car emits 11,000 pounds of greenhouse gases each year, or 30 lbs per day.
